This contemporary, value 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom, duplex is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula. The kitchens have stainless appliances, built-in microwaves and plenty of cabinet and counter space. Both master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The rooftop deck provides panoramic views of the ocean and city and the perfect spot to spend time outdoors.
The Space:
303 35th St A & B is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This contemporary value duplex is a short walk to one of the best beaches on the Peninsula, ideal for sunning, surfing, boogie boarding and more!
Both living areas have cozy seating, wall mounted TVs and one of them has a gas fireplace. Both kitchens are fully equipped and have everything you’ll need to cook meals from home. One unit has a highboy table and 4 chairs plus extra stools are provided for casual meals and the other has stools at the counter for casual meals and there is a table on the front patio that seats 6 with a charcoal BBQ. The rooftop deck has a table for 6 and lounge chairs. Grill family favorites on the charcoal BBQ while sharing the days experiences.
Both master bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms. All other bedrooms have queen beds and 2 hallway bathrooms.
This home allows room for 2 vehicles in the garage but please note that only smaller vehicles will fit in the provided garage.
Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, alongside many casual restaurants. Newport Beach has some of the best dining spots all within a short drive or a 10-15 minute walk of this home. Lido Marina Village has many up scale eateries and boutiques and beautiful harbor front views. This location is perfect for families looking to explore all the area has to offer.

Great beach house
My family and I have never stayed at a house so close to the beach. I have to say this was a great experience the house was wonderful and worth it. I have no complaints and we will most likely make this our ongoing summer vacation.
