This is my second home so the place is fully equipped with all the things you need. Walking distance to beach- inspiration point, shops, everything. Spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, private huge private patio with outdoor dining, sectional couch, BBQ and fireplace. Bright & open floor plan with high ceilings, recessed lighting, hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms. Enjoy your evenings outdoor with beautiful lighting and romantic fireplace. Living room with fireplace opens to the private patio for entertaining after a fun day at the beach. Master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, balcony, large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, extra large shower for two, walk in closet & double sink. Second bedroom has queen size bed, 3rd bedroom has two full bunk beds. 2nd full bathroom is a jack & jill bathroom between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. Queen air bed is also available & located in the closet. Washer & dryer located in laundry room by garage. Games available in the living room tv stand storage. My family of 4 (10 and 8 year old boys) had a great time at this clean, comfortable and nicely laid out house. We walked to the coffee shops/restaurants, which were only a few blocks away. Close to a park and a quick drive down to the beach - so ideal location.

Perfect house for our five adults in a very quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to walk down to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend this spot to anyone travelling to CDM or New Port Beach.

Good Family Time

This place is lovely, clean and comfortable. The patio was a favorite spot for hanging out and sharing meals. BBQ works great and kitchen is well stocked. It’s quiet and within walking distance to the ocean and lots of fun shops and places to eat. This is one of our favorites!
