Amazing hotel 3rd time staying here, great rooms large, clean wit kettle coffee machine and safe. Lovely sitting in the garden having an evening drink. Staff friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The bed was cloud-like- So comfortable all night! Loved the pub for dinner. Our breakfast was beyond our expectations. Courteous smiling staff, attentive service, and delicious food choices ! Definitely would come again!

Based on reviews, and compared to other properties on our trip, I expected a bit more. There was no help with bags at reception and no elevator to help manage suitcases, so we had to navigate some steep stairs. Dinner was delicious but breakfast was just ok. Service staff was hit or miss with some very delightful people and others that were almost dismissive. The bathroom shower was downright hazardous as it required standing in a slippery bathtub - there was a runner mat but it slid around and was worse than nothing.
