This unit is situated in a beautiful 7 acre property with lots of privacy, unlimited parking, EV charging available, hot tub, sauna, gym, and amazing outdoor space. We are 6 minutes from a picturesque winery and 15 minutes from many other wineries and near west point.

You will have access to the entire backyard, the deck with grill and lounge chairs, basketball hoop in the driveway, hot tub gym and EV charger.

Note: This unit is a basement with 100% privacy and a private entrance however.

Pros: access to hot tub, sauna, gym, quiet and big outdoor space, nice neighborhood close to things but not too close to the noise and traffic.Cons: it’s a basement, so if there are people above, you will hear them. Lukewarm water for shower at best. No true kitchen. Says you can sleep 5 but that’s not happening. Limited extra blankets/pillows. Weird water running sound at all times in bedroom.

Beautiful, spacious, low key spot

Spacious one bedroom with tons of sitting and lounging space. Quiet beautiful property with outside sitting space.
