The staff was very nice but the cleanliness wasn’t the best. The floors and desk chair were pretty bad off. We couldn’t sit in the desk chair it was so dirty

The entire property was horrible. The TV wasn’t working, the fitness center had been dismantled and someone stole cash and a pair of headphones out of my room. When I tried to contact the front desk about it, they couldn’t have been more rude. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn again!

The hotel had a weird smell upon entry. The walls and carpet were visibly stained. Upon entering the room and chair and foot rest were dirty and stained. I wanted to request a refund and leave. The bed linens were dingy and the pillows were hard. The front desk staff were nice and polite. Everything else deserved a poor rating.

I did not have a good stay here. The sheets on the bed were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower was clogged. Everything was basically broken and outdated. I only stayed at this hotel because the price was reasonable but I would not stay here again.
