The staff was amazing 👏. The room was clean. I wasn't a big fan staying on the 8th floor at the end off the hall. The Vending machine wasnt full with drinks nor did it have snacks on the floor. I had to go to the 7th floor to use their Vending machine which was full with drinks and they had snacks. Parking should be free !!!

EVERY SINGLE staff member we encountered was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. This is the loudest building I’ve ever been in, and the entire floor smelled of weed the whole stay. People also fail to mention that IT IS DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM A STATE PRISON.

Never checked in. Was on your website to book a room at LaGuardia airport and your website flipped to Newark which was over 1.5 hours away so was useless. Right after my cab driver said we were off to New Jersey I booked a room at the LaGuardia holiday inn which it was to be in the first place.
