I felt very comfortable during my stay; everything was very safe and clean. The staff was excellent, especially Jeff, who helped us at all times. He guided us on how to visit New York without any issues and explained everything we needed to do. I also felt very at ease staying at a hotel close to the airport with safe transportation available

Checked into the property, front desk had attitude when we arrived. When we checked out front desk member advised us to toss are key into a bowl. She did not offer to print a receipt. She was doing her make up. She had dropped nail polish on the floor. We waited for an uber and the polish was still on the floor when we left. Horrible experience
