I came to hotel with friends, each of us had different amenities in same type room. I had a frig, but no freezer, I was expecting a freezer. I did not have a microwave, 2 of my 3 friends had one in their room. The room was too dark, not enough lighting to work at desk. There was no information in room about where ice machines were, hours of buffet breakfast or restaurant, or airport shuttle times. Staff were very helpful with all my questions when I called with all these questions. I received a text when I first got in my room asking how it was and if I needed anything. I responded with some of the issues above, but no one ever responded to my text.

Not Worth the Price

The hotel was okay, it served its purpose but it certainly wasn’t the best. The room was clean and was fine. The bath tub and sink were clogged and needed to be fixed by maintenance. There was also no microwave on site, which was unhelpful. Staff wasn’t rude but weren’t friendly either. The stairs doors locked and there wasn’t a way to open them from the inside so I had to come rescue my husband in between floors when he tried to find a working vending machine, cause the one on our floor wasn’t working. The elevators were insanely slow. It took me 15 minutes to get downstairs on checkout day and I finally had to go all the way up and ride back down in order to get onto one. Only one elevator seemed to be working reliably during that entire 15 minutes I waited. The restaurant had slim pickings but the bartenders were really nice, I would get ice water and sprite from them. The cafe had a decent amount of options, but again, it was also very pricey. I spent almost $10 for a bottled soda and water. The parking lot was annoying because they didn’t have an attendant and the way in was open and you didn’t get a ticket, but the way out required one, so we sat for about 20 minutes before staff finally came out and started dealing with the line of cars. However, parking is deducted from your deposit and then you get back what’s left, so I don’t know what the point of the tickets and parking arms were worth.

They cancelled my reservation and no room available when I arrived after long international flight then long time waiting for the shuttle. It was a waste of my time. I will never use Holiday Inn ever again especially this location.

The only pro is probably the lobby. The elevator was not working correctly. You had to go up a floor to go back down. We did not have enough towels. They only gave us one coffe cup for the Keurig coffee, my wife went to the front desk and waited 15 minutes to be told that they didn’t have them. She ended up having to buy a cup from the market. Overall I would not stay here again

Airport shuttle was late, condition of facility is old, not well kept. Elevator to 6th floor wasn't working reliably, only thin sheer curtains so the parking lot lights light up the room all night.
