The shower had a good bit of hair strands inside when first went in. Two days into the stay, I asked for hand towels & tissue & placed the dirty ones on the floor but then I had to leave before someone came. When I returned, the house keeper had taken 3 of my personal washcloth, hand towel & dry towel that I left folded on the sink and in the shower. Rules are normally if they are hanging up, housekeeper are not to take. The crazy thing is my towel was TOTALLY different from the hotel towels. She took my personal wash cloth that was folded on top of my bodywash inside the shower. She also took my shower cap causing my hair to get wet. WHO TAKES A SHOWER CAP?! I called to front desk & receptionist said she would call back and never did. When I mentioned it to the clerk, no reimbursement or not even an apology was offered.
