Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Owner was very passive aggressive on the phone and through text for any questions asked. Deluxe room is just a standard room (should be stated). Room had a smell in it and when asked about it was passive aggressive and just ignored it.
