Not worth the money!

I flew my Husband out for his birthday, paid for the works, balloons, champagne, chocolate roses. The balloons were a waste of money $300. The chocolate wasn’t as expected. It was a miniature box of chocolates. Just a total waste of my money. The living room furniture was outdated hard to sit on, very uncomfortable. The living room was super small and had no room to walk around. The front desk lady was rude and condescending. We will not be coming back to stay!

Great experience mostly. We were on a 1 day trip. Chose the hotel for the rooftop view but it was closed due to construction. A advance notice would've been nice. Also, bathrooms have no ventilation

We actually loved the property great location. Unfortunately, when we arrived, our shower was filthy and not cleaned. Had tons of black hair in it. Also, the temperature of the room was incredibly hot so we had trouble sleeping at night and we couldn't fix the temperature.

Wonderful hotel. My only complaint is that they need to fix the elevators. Of the 4, only 2 were available and we had to wait 10 min each time. But I wouldn’t hesitto stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable!

Bland, dilapidated, dirty, understaffed

Faux luxury hotel. Staff remind me more like moody baristas than hospitality staff. Building very poorly maintained. I don’t write reviews often but honestly thought this was misrepresented and crappy overall. Definitely more of a 3-4 star hotel not 5 star. Cheap finishings, dirty, understaffed, poorly designed. Fine if for a budget price and if you just want to party on balcony.

Lux with some upcoming improvements

Had a couples weekend staycation here in February. Great location and lovely staff. The hotel needs some updates and it seems like they're in the process of making them. I look forward to returning when things are better sorted.
