Nice spot

The front desk staff is fantastic. So friendly and accommodating while we were waiting for our room. I paid the $75 for a noon check in as we came in on a redeye. We got into our room at 1:30. I think/Hope they only gave us this room because we were waiting and had paid for early. The two windows looked into the machinery for the building/air handler. (Room 207). That was a real disappointment. I should have said something but my kids needed to sleep so we stayed there. But for staff and location it’s great, and I imagine the higher floors are lovely.

Comfortable and Convenient

My family of four stayed at The Renwick for five nights. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we had a view of the Empire State Building from our windows. We really enjoyed the location - it was convenient being so close to Grand Central, and the neighborhood had good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy check-in and good location. Within 10-15 minute walk to attractions and shopping. Walk to Empire State Building and Times Square easy. It was odd we could not find an ice machine or tea in the room and sis not have a chance to ask though. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean. The King suite was spacious for a family of 3 and had a pullout couch for our 9 year old.
