Breakfast is very ordinary, there is no transportion to LaGuardia airport, Room was basic and we were disappointed in our stay. There is no food available at the hotel and limited western food options in area.

Great hotel as it’s close to almost everything! Skyview mall right next door and Tangram super close as well. The complimentary breakfast was great and the room was super nice. The negative side is the internet connection inside the rooms, I had to use my data most of the time. You kinda get what you paid for with this hotel. At night I could also hear other people talking when entering their rooms. Just be mindful of that as well.

The hotel was close to Citi Field. Check in was quick. We were told there was on site parking for $20. It’s only a few spaces so we had to park at the mall and walk over. The room was nice but the carpet was soaking wet.

Everything was amazing when it came down to the hotel. Breakfast, food, comfort, front desk, cleanliness, everything spot on. I would only say just avoid the rooftop bar because the male worker harassed my girlfriend and I. He left his post and followed us into the elevator to ask for a larger tip. Thought that was weird and unnecessary

Things definitely could have been cleaner, but for the price I think you get what you pay for. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. Easy walk to the subway station. I would stay here again.

Staff are quite rude. Rooms are filthy. They just wipe down the top of surfaces but you can see all the scum built up on the edges. Bathroom tiles need to be redone. The grout is dark yellow and have black mold spots. You can see at on point the grout in between the tiles was white and not yellow. Bathroom door handle came off while I was trying to get out of the bathroom. Lucky I got it back on and it never came off again. The front door to the room did not lock and latch correctly you had to push the door upwards while locking it. Also the front door had to be pushed hard to get in the room it kept getting stuck on the improperly Fitted carpet. Also there’s a $200 deposit at check in but is not mentioned on the listing or payment like other hotels do.

The hotel room was very clean and had a great view. They were able get me into a room for late night early check in, which included a up charge. The rooftop bar was a cool place to hang At the end of the night, since it’s open until 1a. Would definitely book again!
