Good for somewhere to sleep, fairly quiet at least on the high floors. The area outside the hotel was fairly sparse and very dirty. Hotel condition and cleanliness was poor but as somewhere to sleep it is satisfactory

The room was dirty. The bed was stained and had hair all throughout the sheets. We were given then option to change rooms and the other room had a strong urine smell. We stayed with the original room and had to change the bedding. Bathroom was stocked with two half used rolls of toilet tissue.

The initial assigned room needed cleaning. There were paint peels in room. hair in bathtub and the door to balcony/terrace was left unopen and proved difficult to secure. A room change was requested and this was in better condition. However the following day before stated checkout time we were requested to leave. Overall a disappointing experience

Great value clean, comfortable and quiet rooms, close to both JFK airport but within walking diatance of stores, restaurants and the NYC Jamaica/Sutphin/Airtrain subway stop. Receptionist was very friendly and prodessional. Bed linens were clean and comfortable and ahower head was generous. Bath soaps lotions and conditioners were very nice. Uber to JFK airport was $30.
