The space

The apartment is a fully private residence on the garden level of our historic Tribeca townhouse, with its own entrance directly from the street.

The home has been thoughtfully renovated and furnished to feel warm, comfortable and residential rather than like a conventional rental. Guests have full use of the apartment, including its closets, drawers and storage, making it particularly well suited to month-long and extended stays.

At the rear of the apartment is your own private garden—a peaceful outdoor space that is exceptionally rare in this part of Manhattan.
