This hotel is in a great location to walk places and to take the subway or bus. Hotel was very clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They held out luggage for us because we got there before the check-in time. That really helped us hit the ground running when we got to NYC.

Needs some renovations

The room was tiny and the mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The floor of the bathroom shower looked like there was mold growing on it. The water pressure in the shower was great. The coffee maker was broken but was replaced when we asked. There are 2 small elevators so it takes some extra t8me to get up and down. The hotel was picked for location. Not sure if I would stay again. Everybody working there was great.

Everything was great at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and my room was fantastic. It was a great location, I always felt safe, and would definitely stay here again. The bed was also the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.

I was placed on a 3rd level with the window to the street and that was very noisy with the delivery trucks very early in the morning but it was fine and manageable. The hotel was very close to times square, train stations and we could walk everywere. Room and areas was very clean and the counter staff very friendly. At breakfast the food was good and staff was very helpful and friendly too. Definetely would recommend and would considerer staying again.

Price is very high compared to services. Room size was very small and parking is too expensive. As per the Expedia the hotel charges 65$ USD for valet parking but the hotels charged $75. They stated that my car is SUV not a sedan. I’m not sure what difference it makes as both sedan and 5 seated SUV are of same length, It doesn’t consume more space.

Clean and comfortable

The stay was very good. It was clean and comfortable and I will stay there again. The only negative which was out of the hotel's direct control was the city cut off water in the building. We were told it would be back on by 6:00 am, however, as of 8:00 am when it was time for me to check out it had not come back on.
