We stayed for christmas week and had a really comfortable stay. We didn't like the first room and the next morning staff were so helpful and nice about it as our stay was for a few days. They changed our room which really made the rest of our stay so much more pleasant. They were very accomodating, helpful with everything. Room service everyday which was nice and comforting after those long days and walks! Walkable to many places we wanted to visit. I love the proximity to Rockerfeller, times square etc. Bond money got refunded timely. Wifi is great speed. No negative really :) If you are reading this, thank you front staff and housekeeping. Little things make people's holiday pleasant and great memories. Please keep it up.

Great location for a quick stay

We stayed for one night to see a show - we were in NYC for about 15 hours. The location is great for a quick stay and I appreciated amenities you don't always find in other hotels, such as complimentary water, an in-room fridge and microwave, outlets directly next to the bed and nightstands, and a coffee maker with sweeteners and creamer. They also offered complimentary water and coffee in the lobby. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. My only recommendation is earplugs - it is very loud in this area of midtown, with nighttime construction (literally jackhammering) and sirens blaring all through the night. But earplugs made all of that fade away.

Rooms are small but not unexpected in Midtown Manhattan. Bring earplugs. It’s easy to hear people in the hall. They were very nice to keep our bags for us before and after our stay.

Amaizing staff. Spotless neat all around. Rooms are confortable and the bathroom are super clean. This hotel is in the center of everything. 10 min walk from Time Square, 15 min walk from Central Park.

First time in NYC did not disappoint!

Front desk staff were amazing! The first guy we had helping us when we got there for valet was amazing. Only complaints are the room was smaller than expected, and our toilet had a leak. We intended on leaving at 7am, requested our car from valet at 6:30am, and after the front desk called them multiple times, they finally showed up with our car at 7:30am. Overall, great experience and we would return!
