The staff is super helpful and nice. We made friends with some of the bartenders at Sessions restaurant on the second floor as we were in there nightly to use our 20 dollar a night credit. We had our room cleaned every other day and they did a very nice job and even cleaned the toilet each time. The loacation is perfect and within walking distance of Rokefeller Center and Times Square and also some bars and restaurants with a 24/hr market next door! I would highly recommend staying here and i would return again if im ever back in NYC!

Beautiful modern hotel I nthe heart if midtown. Convenient to Times Square and Rockefeller Center but far enough off the main tourist area to not be overwhelming crowded.

Room was nice, clean, etc. Coffe was limited and not good. Took 6 hrs to get extra water from concierge. Had to go to the desk twice. Breakfast was not good and way over priced. Dinner at the restaurant took forever. Waited 25 mins for drinks and then they only brought one. Offered a free dessert for wait but didn't get that either. Won't go back in the future.

This stay was very convenient and close to everything you need to see in the city, especially during the holidays. However, the gym was advertised as open 24/7 and I was kicked out every night of my stay by the staff who stated it was closed around midnight. I usually work out late at night into the early morning and this completely threw me off schedule. This occurred all 3 nights during my stay.
