Staff were great! Good restaurant but super small. Hostess at restaurant was rude. Biggest issue: rooms are tiny for the price! Roof top drinks made with mix, no fresh ingredients! They used a mix to make a cosmo…seriously?? My walk in closet is bigger than the room I stayed in. At least it was clean! All gender bathrooms were traumatizing to see men in a women’s bathroom! Seriously??? Put away the woke crap and have separate bathrooms. I was scared to find men in the bathroom. Just not safe!

Excellent hotel for a fun weekend in NYC. Location is great. The hotel provided great professional and friendly service. Very modern hotel with amazing decor and dining options. And the hotel smells amazing.

Property was clean and right in Times Square. Not the safest feeling just outside their doors at night. Some staff were great (front desk and security). Others were rude (in-room dining desk and bar staff upstairs).
