From the moment we arrived at check in to leaving with the bellboy all the staff were unpleasant. We have stayed here previously and had great service but something this time felt completely different. The room we had purchased was an upgraded room and was tiny and when we complained we were told it was what we had booked!

We booked a room with a king bed but were given a queen instead, with no clear explanation or attempt to resolve the issue. The reception staff were consistently rude, cold, and dismissive not just one individual, but the entire front desk team. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I will not be staying at this property again and would strongly caution others against booking based solely on the positive reviews. Our experience did not reflect the rating, and I would recommend doing thorough research before choosing this hotel.

The hotel was clean and well kept. The friendly doormen were always welcoming and helpful. The rooms are small, but despite the size it was an overall nice experience. The location is perfection as Times Square and Rockefeller were steps away.
