Our flights were canceled and this hotel was close and wonderful! The free shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes, driver was so sweet! Hotel was clean, had a fitness room, great breakfast, clean. Beds were so comfortable, rooms were clean and there were a few places you couls walk to to eat or order room service. I can't say enough about this place that saved us in a pinch when we were tired and ready to go home but couls not bc of canceled flights!

Our flights were canceled and this hotel was great! The free shuttle piched us up within 10 minutes! Breakfast was great, had a nice fitness center, safe to walk to dine and the staff and rooms were great! Can't safe enough about this hotel and staff!

I want to compliment Colleen and Jason who managed the breakfast buffet. They worked tirelessly to make each meal a delight by smiling and speaking to guests. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. All the transportation provided really made our trip wonderful! My only complaint... And it's a very small complaint... Was our room was next to the elevator and we could hear it in the middle of the night. Also sometimes heard noises from the airport... But we were so exhausted from traveling daily that it wasn't a big deal at all. Friendly staff, drivers and house keeping put my kids stuffys on the bed nicely after making the bed and they just thought that was the sweetest thing!

The room was clean, but somewhat dated and worn looking. Vending on the floors was an issue as they didn’t take cards and the lobby could not change larger bills in the evening, though you could buy stuff down there. Beds need new mattresses.Otherwise everything was fine.

The staff was really nice. Good breakfast, free shuttle from the airport. The only downside was the water in the shower was very cold. The hot water was not working. The shuttle will pick you up as soon as you call them from the airport but the shuttle to get you to the airport will run every 30 minutes so you need to take that into consideration.

The room was bland. No fridge, microwave, nor ironing board. The staff, front office as well as breakfast room attendants were pleasant and helpful. The place had no personality. The Christmas tree with the ornaments was dusty. They brought it out of storage and put it in the lobby and no one took care to clean it. Anyway, I was happy I was staying for two nights and had tons of stuff to do in town.

The non smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. There was a large floor fan in the room either for the smell or for moisture. No rooms were available when I asked about switching. The airport van driver was the only positive.
