Very clean
Great location and inside was spotlessly clean. The apartment needs a bit of TLC ie paint job, shower tiles replaced to avoid cuts etc but owner/manager was quick to respond to concerns and also quick to replace items listed that weren’t there ie coffee maker and iron.

Great Stay!
We had a great experience with our stay here. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our time. Bed was comfortable and it was clean. The area felt safe overall and the pizza place downstairs I highly recommend. Lots of little places very close to eat or grab a cocktail. The subway was about a 7 minute walk. There were some night time noises, but that comes with staying in New York. I would stay here again.

This apartment is well appointed, very clean and the hosts are very receptive and very nice. Great location and lots of grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. Transport is also easy.
Highly recommended and we will surely book again.
