I'm thankful that there are still thoughtful, gracious human beings with beating hearts like Janet still employed in a great city like New York City to welcome guests and manage their check in process. I stayed (again) at the Grand Central location. Janet is a gem. Please continue to have a human element in your hotel(s) upon arrival. Additionally - all the common areas of the hotel were clean, guests were quiet and all the employees I encountered during my brief stay were lovely and engaging including the young man managing an enormous laundry cart onto an elevator. Despite the heavy load he successfully managed - he offered good sense of gracious humor throughout.

Nice size room for NYC hotel with everything we needed. Nice to have water bottle filling on every floor and very nice lounge for guests on 27th floor eith coffee and tea. We got takeout breakfast ebety morning and brought it to lounge for free espresso and lovrly outdoor seating.

Loved this property. Chilled refillable water stations on every floor. Free coffee, water and sparkling water on the 27th floor terrace with a lovely view of the Chrysler building and Grand Central.

Staff were very friendly. Building is perfect. Side note if you're tall (im 5'9 & bf is 6"1) bed was a king and vert comfortable, but they are shorter than usual. Both our feet were hanging over the edge.

Price to value ratio was high, especially for NYC. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. The rooftop lounge with outside terrace is fabulous, with 24 hour coffee, tea, water, and sparkling water bar. In-room yoga channel and other thoughtful amenities helped us escape the noise and chaos of the city. Staff (Elias) were welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable.
