Overall the location near Grand Central makes this hotel very convenient. Their rates for my stay were very good. The room was fine though the tv remote and room phones did not work, and the ironing board was broken. When I brought the remote down to ask for help, they offered to move me to a diff room. The gym is small and windowless and the equipment looked old. But if you need a full gym, there’s a NY Sports Club next door.

The room was comfortable but I had to contact them 4 times to bring up fresh towels after requesting housekeeping at 11am. Finally got my towels at 7:30pm.
