Hotel Needs Update

No hot water, gaming area was not functioning properly. Desk clerk had issues checking in, claimed their system was antiquated and had issues with credit cards. Pool was not clean. Bed was okay, but old lumpy pillows. Free breakfast was not too good. We ate at diner. Staff were polite but hotel needs to be updated .

It’s okay if you need a place to sleep for one night. The lobby is nice but is a deceptive first impression. As soon as you enter the hallway it gets real sketchy. Smells like weed smoke, everything is out dated, gives ‘people rent these rooms by the hour’ vibe. Would not go back

Nothing crazy nice- just what we were looking for.

An affordable place to stay while we wanted to explore the Woodstock area. Breakfast is nice and there is a bar and a restaurant that is okay. The bartender wasn't attentive at all, but we were just looking for a drink prior to going to our room for the night, so it didn't bother us much. My boyfriend and I traveled with our motorcycles on a trailer that the staff made us feel comfortable to keep in the parking lot over night. You can hear what the others in the next room are saying, nearly perfectly, from the vent in the bathroom. There isn't a fan in the bathroom- so just be aware of that! Overall, we weren't looking for anything crazy nice, so this was perfect for the low key trip that we had planned.

The property is old and needs refurbishing. The spigot in the tub that contains the shower diverter fell off when my wife was attempting to shower. It would have meant dressing having a plumber come up to fix it and then getting undressed to shower, dress again and probably missing breakfast. We just washed up and left for breakfast.

Everything worked out well. While the halls and rooms are a bit dark, both are well kept and clean. Check-in and check out processes were easy, and so was parking. Fitness center is Ok, and there is a nice walking/running/biking trail behind the hotel.

Clean and quiet room that was spacious for a family of 3. Having a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was also a treat and made this hotel a best value in the beautiful Hudson area.

I loved the amenties and the pet friendliness, but I was right by the door so around 2 am I was startled by two men who were locked out who kept yanking and banging on the door. it also filled my personal room with smoke being near the door.

It’s been renovated but still looks a bit run down. Hallways are dark. Restaurant downstairs served my food with a live bug in it. Room had a bug on the bed. Maid service is not daily bathtub didn’t drain properly. Very slow. Very dark decor.
