I had a very quick check in, the front desk staff was friendly each time I had to encounter them (check in, ask about ice and check out). My room was very clean, other than some random sounds I put off as being the elevator (my room directly across the hall from the elevator), it was actually really quiet. The elevators were extremely fast, so that was convenient. The location was great. As a solo female traveler i also felt very safe.

The staff was amazing! Without even asking for it, they checked us in early realizing that we likely didn’t sleep flying in overnight from the west coast and arriving very early in the morning. Our need for a good nap before hitting the town was anticipated and accommodated. Everyone from front desk staff to the bartender, to security, and the driver we booked through the hotel to take us to the airport when we left was helpful, super friendly, and professional. The location is in a great part of Brooklyn with lots of restaurants, coffee, and shopping nearby. The Brooklyn bridge is an easy 20 minute walk from the hotel and there are multiple subway stations within a few blocks of the hotel, getting you into Manhattan in 15-30 minutes. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious for NYC. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean but very small. Not generous with towels and toilet paper. Had to request more toilet paper because they didn't leave any extras in the room. Kept the lobby so hot all the time as well. The upside was a great mattress! Slept very well.

Water pressure was low in the shower. The bathroom layout was not very functional, the room was small, the HVAC made loud, sudden sounds all night, and you could hear hallway noise throughout the night even though we were tucked in a corner.

I had a nice stay overall. The facilities are pretty basic, but everything was clean, and the body care products in the room were surprisingly good. The location is great, super convenient, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The staff were also really courteous and helpful. The only downsides were the thin walls (you can definitely hear your neighbors) and room service being a bit slow. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay.
