Staff was super friendly helpful. Everything was great except they did maintenance on hot water line one day we were there. There wasn’t any notice. Air and brown liquid was coming out of the sink and shower. Had to run it for about 15 minutes to clear it out. I understand maintenance, but would have been nice to be notified so we could plan ahead. I’ll tell the central located., clean, and quiet. No microwave in the room.

We had a pleasant stay overall! The staff was consistently kind, courteous, and welcoming, which really stood out and made the experience more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained—while I wouldn’t describe it as absolutely spotless, it was definitely very clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the large shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower. One small note for future guests: our room was listed as “River view,” but it was more of a partial/side view of the river. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it may matter to some travelers. Overall, a solid stay with friendly service and thoughtful amenities 😊

Expedia didn’t vet this property in my opinion. No valet parking had to walk 3 blocks away.in a parking garage cost $61 for 1 night. Hotel in the middle of a renovation room smelt of paint fumes. Tv didn’t work and air filter needed replacing. Hotel could only give a breakfast voucher for the buffet where the toaster didn’t work. I feel Expedia should offer me a credit. Let’s see if they do the right thing.
