Second bedroom is office with queen canopy floor bed. Racially and economically diverse walkable neighborhood a few blocks from New Smyrna Beach's historic downtown w multiple excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and stores! 2.5 miles from iconic Flagler Ave. shopping/beach. Garage is not available to guests but home has two off-street parking spots and street parking is plentiful and free.
