Wonderful start to 2024!
This New Smyrna beachfront condo was very welcoming, with comfortable furniture, a well appointed kitchen, and great layout! We spent a lot of time on the south facing balcony, overlooking the 2 large pools & 2 kiddie pools, and enjoying an amazing view of the ocean! The condo is in a nice location, with restaurants and groceries a short drive, many within walking distance. There was construction going on while we were there, but this didn't affect our stay at all-respectfully done. Our only disappointment - no pool was heated, as stated in the ad. A real shame to have such beautiful pools, and not be able to use. Otherwise, a great stay in a lovely condo -would definitely stay again!

Perfect Condo for a Great Vacation
Spacious condo with great balcony and really nice master bedroom, with a view. Plenty of everything we needed in the kitchen. There was no boogie board in the unit, which was disappointing since description said there was one.

Awesome trip!!
We stayed here for 3 days for my son's birthday weekend. The condo was clean, beautiful, well maintained! It was delightful to have such a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come again.

Okay, but...
Property is clean. Coffee pot old and did not always work. Did not provide adequate dishwasher supplies or enough trash bags. Also, trash bags provided did not fit the trash can, too small. It says pool was heated, but that is not accurate at all and was part of the reason we chose to stay there. Rental management was quick to respond and brought additional supplies needed but did not follow through on pool situation. Overall place was okay but we would probably stay somewhere else.
