Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. Perfect location
This is such a great spot right on the beach. The air conditioning unit was annoying and kicked on and off very loudly. Place was a little more run down than expecting, but overall happy with location and price value.

Upon arrival to my room, there were dirty linens on the floor in the corner, a broom, and dust from air conditioner all over the floor. The property manager did respond immediately. She also provided a cleaning fee refund along with another room. The new room was clean and comfortable enough.
