Bathroom was disgusting, cups had hair in them, dark hair in the bed (I’m a blonde), dirty ice bucket with old water still in it. Hair in my food at the restaurant in the hotel. And when I complained I was told they couldn’t discount me at all because I booked thru hotels.com
