Hotel is older but rooms were clean, functional and a lot of space which was really nice. Very pleasant. Bit of an issue at check in where receptionist was wanting us to pay again even though we had paid through Expedia well in advance, but was finally settled.

Very convenient for exploring New Plymouth, everything accessible within reasonable walking distance. The motel is a bit dated but in great condition, clean, comfortable and everything works as it should. Manager extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff was lovely and nice, very attentitive and lived on site. Pool was cold but spa was nice and hot. Room was ice cold even with the heater on all night. Was pretty noisy next to the highway also but conveniently right in the middle of town.
