not as advertised.

unfortunately, we reserved this property for myself and my three children as we were bringing in my son’s birthday. When we walked in the property, there was a roach in the master bath, the main door was not clean, there was a smell and mildew. There was visual mildew around the guest bathroom.. for the property managers request. I provided pictures of evidence upon check-in and received. No urgent communication.. unfortunately we lost our money and have not heard back from the property manager as we had to stay in a hotel instead. I really like this property, but unfortunately, Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired..
