PARKING
The Hotel The Mansion on Royal is located in a residential area where there is free street parking in front of the building and it is first come first serve. We have never had an issue with parking.

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on the availability, and can’t be guaranteed. We do have luggage storage free of charge for our guests to use. We will know of early check in availability one day before.

HOTEL RULES
The Hotel is located in the historic Marigny neighborhood.
The neighborhood has a noise ordinance in effect from 10PM to 7AM.

No smoking indoors of any kind is allowed.

No glass is allowed on balconies or stairs.

Late check out is not available for the entire Mansion rental, due to the amount of time it takes to have the property cleaned and ready for your arrival and then cleaned after your departure for the next guests. We do have luggage storage available if needed.

Any outdoor celebrations including gatherings of 2 or more guests or excessive noise indoors will be shut down at 10PM when the ordinance goes into effect.

Destructive or illegal behaviour at any time will be shut down immediately.

Management and staff will be on property during your stay.
