We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for three nights, which worked wonderfully for our family of 5. The beds were all extremely comfy and A/C worked great. FYI- no onsite parking so be prepared to spend at least $50-$100 on parking .4 mile away. We were aware of this and planned accordingly. Took advantage of public transit, which got us everywhere we needed to be except the swamp tour. Faucet was leaking our room and sofa bed felt like sleeping on plywood. We really wish there had been a microwave in the room. We were allowed to go downstairs to use the one behind the front desk, but this got old very quickly. There was also only one trash container in our room. Aside from these minor inconveniences we really enjoyed our stay. In the heart of the French quarter and within walking distance of almost everything!

Found my NOLA home base

I can never thank Ryan enough for all of his help late nights when I worried there would be no one there to help. This property was always staffed with a smile and Ryan went out of his way to help me and make sure i had a great stay. This was so much better than a majority of some other properties I have stayed at. So yes while an older property it has all of the comforts and unique touches you need. It is special and I can’t wait to come back

Very Welcoming Staff

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very welcoming and accommodating to my mother and I. They gave us ideas of where to go to eat and things to do around the French Quarter and we had a blast. Just a short weekend trip but we stopped by Vacherie restaurant down the block and had phenomenal food. Bed was fairly comfortable and the room was very quaint, with a rustic look. Made us feel like ‘locals for the night’!

We stayed in the 2 room suite. It was 3 blocks from Bourbon Street, but quiet. They serviced our room every day, even when we left late in the day. I would stay here everytime we are in New Orleans! Just be aware some of the room have steep stairs.

Charming but not budget friendly.

This was our first time in New Orleans for a family vacation! Where our room was cute and charming it definitely had its flaws. The sofa bed when pulled out was full of crumbs and even some trash. We told the front desk receptionist who in other words told us oh well. Our towels and beds were cleaned and restocked every day but the small things started to add up. Also if you plan to stay here make sure that you bring about $200 extra to make up for the parking that is not offered. We had to walk over 8-10 blocks every single time. Unfortunately that’s not in everyone’s budget and did put a big dent in plans.

I love the lanterns that were from gas. The walkway to our room. Kind of reminded me as a Middle evil movie scene, but I loved it. That was when I was looking for. I would 100% recommend this place.

Small but comfortable

Cute boutique hotel, nothing fancy but provides comfort just a short walk from the square and other places in the quarter. Wish the rooms were just a tad bigger though. Also the photos online don't match what the rooms look like so it's a bit deceiving. Photos make rooms look more comfortable and larger than they are. It was nice to be in walking distance of the conference I attended. They was definitely street noise each night.
