I reserved two rooms, and unfortunately, one of them was not properly cleaned; there were used towels and trash upon our arrival. The hotel’s location is excellent, as it is close to everything. However, it is important to note that parking costs an additional $45 per night, and the wait time to retrieve your vehicle can be long since there is only one valet attendant. On a positive note, the breakfast is varied and of good quality.

Toilette overflowing and they couldn’t fix the problem at 11.30pm and we requested another room but they said no rooms available even the web showed 3 bedrooms. When I requested not to charge for that room they said NO and offered to go find another hotel with 6 kids in our party.
