Old facilities. Very bad service: the guy at the reception desk told me there is no room to store my suitcases when I checked out. I had to carry my big suitcases and walk to my meeting in the afternoon. Never come back to this hotel again.

Very convenient to the cruise port. Great value if no conventions in town. The lobby and rooms are pretty soulless; dormroom vibes. But the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was the biggest surprise. Many options. Well attended by helpful staff. Well done breakfast crew!

Noted a fire truck and firemen posted at the property. Apparently, the fire system wasn't working, therefore, fire department was on site to protect the guests. On the positive side, we were given 1 night free. Room service was impeccable. Front desk personnel very friendly. Coffee was good and breakfast was great. Walk to convention center is 1 minute. Local parking garage is literally falling apart, ie broken welds, large cracks in concrete decking, rusted steel, etc. Garage looks unsafe and strongly not recommended. Solid place to stay.
