Great place to stay if you are going to the Superdome or the smoothie King. You are able to walk or take a quick Uber. Staff was very friendly and the Room was amazing and very clean.

It's quite a nice hotel, let down by a very rude & incompetent front of house team lead by Tamika Harris, they got my status wrong at check in cause the person kept talking over me & not listening, even removed my card before I could even enter my pin. I extended the booking & asked three times to merge bookings & kept getting told to come back, then woken up saying they needed my card. When I went down to relay this to Tamika, she kept talking over me, rather than listening to then cancelled the rest of my booking claiming I was the one with the attitude. She is clearly very unhappy & inept & I was very happy to take my money elsewhere.

Everything was great at the hotel except the bartender was pretty rude. He was an older guy. He kept saying he has 25 years of experience whenever we asked him a question. Overly poor pop in my drink when I only asked for a Splash. The front desk was nice. The housekeeping was nice.
