I have stayed here before and always loved it, I must say the property has went down. The room had a light mildew smell, the tub barely drained. When we arrived the rub was full of hair she came to clean it and o my wipes it out, but we had to shower in water up mid chin. The outside you can tell the don’t wash their growing sit smells like urine. If you have any type of ocd you will not like it here. The bathroom wasn’t clean sink was dirty around the rim. The best thing is all doors are locked and have to have key access.

It was ok. Nothing exciting but also nothing too bad. The bed spread was a little dirty but we always bring our own. The customer service was pretty great and easy to deal with. Overall was a good stay.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, which made my visit even more enjoyable. My room was clean, modern, and equipped with all the essentials I needed, including a microwave, refrigerator, coffee, tea, and complimentary bottled water. The hotel also offered great amenities, such as laundry facilities, a gym, and a heated rooftop pool, which added to the overall experience. Additionally, I particularly enjoyed the bar downstairs, where the bartender, AJ, truly stood out. He was not only entertaining and humorous with his puppets, but he also made me feel very welcome, especially since I was traveling alone. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great location. It is walking distance to Canal St., French Quarter, WWII Museum, and many restaurants. The front end staff and restaurant staff are hit or miss. Some are very pleasant while others are not friendly at all. Our room was spacious but had a musky smell and underneath the beds were dirty. I have mixed feelings about my stay.
