Staff were courteous and helpful, room was clean, beds comfy, bathroom well appointed. Plenty of choices for breakfast the next morning. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy checkout. Price was very reasonable and they offer cruise parking in the back lot. Would definitely stay there again if we cruise out of New Orleans in the future.

Staff was great. Power surge made it so the card reader would not make room keys so clerk had to let us in and out. Carpets are a little stained but overall clean. Ice machine on 2nd floor wasn’t working. Pretty basic hotel

There was a roach in two out of two rooms assigned so I left not having completed even one days stay, however the general manager refused to talk to me and would only refund half of the cost. I ended up having to leave the hotel 2 am and pay full price at another hotel for the full stay. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel. Very poor customer service.
