The place was excellent!! Very big and roomy for the 10 adults that stayed for the week. Great views of the ocean from upper deck and partial view from front porch. Everyone had a great time in and outside the house.

We had a great time staying in this house! Sandra was great to work with and extremely accommodating. The house is packed with extra essential supplies which was very convenient. The immediate area was beautiful, we took a walk on the road right next to the water almost every night. We planned to use the backyard but never got there. But there is a nice seating area and fire pit. The most we made it out was for our little ones to get some energy out running around on a rainy day. Although there are houses right next door, there are fences and greenery that makes it feel private and safe for the kids to run. The cost to enter the beaches in the area is very high, especially for out of state people. Sandra provides a beach pass to Ocean beach which is 6 minutes away so that was awesome and eliminated the cost burden for a beach that was right down the road.The New London downtown area is a bit rundown but we were really impressed with the restaurants. We loved Tox Coffee, the Blue Duck, and The Social Bar. Also Michael’s Dairy is a must and there’s a great playground called Toby May Park that our littles loved.

Spacious and Comfortable House

We were 5 adults and 3 children and everyone thought the house was wonderful. It is so easy to go to Ocean Beach, which is a beautiful beach, and we used the beach pass nearly every day. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet and has very little traffic. We were thrilled with the comfortable outdoor seating areas. The rooms are large and spacious giving everyone plenty of room to move around. It was wonderful to be able to gather together at the end of the day and have a festive meal at the long dining table.

Perfect for our girls trip!!

We are seven old friends who wanted to get together in CT and we found this house to be the perfect place! It’s charming, clean and comfortable. It’s so much better than what you see in the pictures. Sandra was readily available if we needed anything. She sent us great suggestions. The water is visible from the balcony and the beach is a short walk away or a two minute drive. The passes for the beach were included which is a plus! Neighbors are so nice and everything makes you feel safe and quiet. Although we couldn’t be outside as much as we wanted due to a couple rainy days, there’s tables in the backyard to eat or play games, a fire pit with lounge chairs/wood, corn hole, bicycles, and a grill. One last thing…Double bonus that I don’t believe was mentioned in the description but is close to my heart… his house is not only charming, but it’s also handicap accessible!!! ♥️♥️ So don’t be nervous about bringing your elderly parents or family member in a wheelchair!! Thank you for everything, Sandra!! We all loved the place and will be back!!
