The front desk receptionist (both the check-in and checkout) were super friendly and helpful. That’s about it. The problem there is the people who stays looks like permanent guesses from DSS and the loud noise were at all times specially at 1,2 and 3 in the morning, doors were shut, screaming running in the hallway, kids up at that time too. I felt like my car would be stolen in any minute as guys were setting in the work van in the parking lot for hours. The mattress needs to be changed as soon as u lay down has no support, ended waking up with back pain and I had never have a full electric stove next to my bed. The hotel needs to be renovated for the price they charge and they need to have policies for noises. It felt like I was staying in section 8 or the projects.

Staff was rude, not enough staff on. First room they gave us smelled like smoke and it's supposedly a smoke free hotel. Beds were reserved as queen then once checked in we were told they dont have queen only king or double. Requested a cot, xtra blankets and pillows when we checked in at 4pm and at 10pm when we checked we were told they have none left. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
