Didn’t even stay the night. Room was dirty and so was the elevator and hallway carpets. Very disappointed. This is a professional area and the hotel should be up to par. Staff was wonderful and lobby area was nice, but deceiving as the rooms were not as updated.

Management was not friendly checking in. Our family had three rooms. Two rooms did not have hot water for morning showers. Really? Talking to desk attendant, this was a known problem to management. Also - my 88 year old dad returned back to hotel after a family event at 11:30 pm. His room key didn't work. Manager's override key wouldn't work - so they put my dad in another room - he had to sleep in his clothes. In the morning maintenance had to change the battery in his door key code. It was a shame the manager couldn't handle that fix the night before. The rooms were dark and garbage cans were scarce. Breakfast staff was nice and food was good.

Intimidating

It was going great with professional service. However met another guest with HUGE aggressive dog in narrow hal. More like pisoneerl way. Love dogs but size and control should be evaluated. Employee was responsive to siuation. But we were left feeling less than safe.
