Staff was fine. Calling this a hotel is a real stretch as it is really a motel. Room didn't have a bureau or any place to store clothing. Closet had the rod halfway down so everything that was hanging was hitting the floor. Chair in the room sounded like it was going to break whenever we sat in it. Almost no plugs to recharge things. Breakfast options were pretty awful. Basically, cereal, breads to be toasted, very limited other options. Overall it's just a room with a bed, which was comfortable.

This was the best dog friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Clean room, excellent kitchenette and bathroom amenities, and free breakfast. The room heater was a bit loud when it turned on, which was the only negative aspect of our experience. Great stay!

I love staying here when visiting Fairfield. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. Connie at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed! Amazing staff and service.

Great quiet place . We usually ask for late check out and they say yes at the desk. Yet they have the cleaning people knocking on the door at regular checkout time . Not sure where the miscommunication is between them and the staff :(

Place is very nice. Clean, perfect for a place to lay your head. Bfast was fine, service a little slow but fine. Only issue is the need to boost the wifi. The Roku TV was non stop buffering and personal devices were slow on their network. Using phone hotspot was better.
