Advertises room sleeps 4 people. It does not! The pull out couch sleeps one person only. King size bed in the room was old, uncomfortable and creaked making so much noise if you moved at all.

Check in was easy and friendly. Our room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. We were right next to the elevator so we were a little worried, but we didn't hear people coming and going and were told the hotel was full, so the walls must be pretty thick!

The staff was so welcoming. Really delightful in the era when sometimes service folks don’t make eye contact. They greeted us warmly and offered sweet treats that were yummy.
