Overall, I enjoy everything except for the elevators. The room is spacious and well-equipped; however, there are two elevators, and one of them makes a scratching noise when it opens and closes. Both elevators emit a beeping sound at every floor, likely intended to assist visually impaired individuals. Unfortunately, this can be quite annoying, and it would be much nicer if the sound were more pleasant.

Not very pleasant staff, not very clean. Air conditioner noisy , somewhat smelly, felt sick after I left.withheld 200$ incidentals , used 10$, never got the 190$ back which they blamed on the bank. I’m a premiere member at Wells, that never happens. I fel it was the hotel. Won’t be staying at any hiltons anymore as I never get credit for the nights stayed anyway.

We have stayed here previously on our trip from SC to Maine. The property is clean and well maintained, but what really makes it stand apart from others is how kind and helpful the staff are

I dislike ice machines not being on every floor. The mini-fridge was not plugged in. Could not open the closet, sliding door was stuck on something. Went down to front desk @9pm and the front desk person was sitting in the lap of another employee, felt like i was interrupting! On the plus side, the room was clean, bed was comfortable!!

The staff was attentive and pleasant. The breakfast was great! On the negative side, our comforters needed an update. The filling on both was matted inside so parts had no filling at all!! The couch is getting worn now. The bathtub needed a grab bar; it was supposed to be a handicapped room!

Room and hotel are very nice. But the service sucked, our TV didn’t work…I went to the desk to ask about it. The gentleman said he’d send somebody to help and nobody ever came nor were we acknowledged again.

We were offered an accessibility friendly room - perhaps the only one left at the time of booking and not by choice. The room was spacious and the beds were low. There was a sink outside of the bath and in the main room - I understand that maybe for A11Y. There was no hand soap next to it. The waste basket had no plastic bag but had one laying by the side. Not sure if Hyatt wants its customer to do this job - think about being accessibility friendly room. The breakfast bar was very congested and not enough room to sit. Every time, you have to take a long walk across the hallway. The check-in also took more time than usual with a little too many questions. Overall we did not have a great experience.
