Staff are super nice. Rooms are clean but a little outdated! Biggest complaint is the distribution center? next door- those trucks get to work around 4:30am. I put the fan on to drown out the noise.

My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms could use an update. Good breakfast options. The staff really made me feel welcome and ‘at home’, which is especially important,as I was traveling alone. Namzira (sp?) and Jarrell were particularly kind.

Older property, I’m not accustomed to Hyatt properties having heavily worn room furniture, moldy bathroom caulk, tiny cheap towels etc. We got a room right next to the side exit door which kept slamming all night, (avoid room 106 at all costs) wasn’t able to sleep much at all. Loud partiers in the parking lot until after 1:30am. For nearly $300 per night I expected a little better. Thankfully stayed only one night, will stay elsewhere in my upcoming visits to the area
