The bed was absolutely awfully. You sank into the body shapes of a million people before you. Both sides pf the bed. Awful. I booked a higher floor … and yet it was still very loud. I could hear some CT idiot whose car is souped up to make a big noise while you’re trying to get sleep. Guests next door to me kept banging something that made a loud noise after 11pm. Other guests on the floor weren’t much more considerate either, holding loud conversations in the corridor late at night. This experience has put me off the Hyatt brand. The person that checked me in was friendly and pleasant though

The water was hot hot enough for a shower - Luke warm at best. The elevator/hall on 3rd floor smelled of stale urine. It was horrible. The breakfast was not at all as described. Old, stale, cold… lastly, we woke up to bugs on the floor, window, and ac unit. The kicker was when we went to check out. Notified the lady at the front desk of the bug, urine smell and hot water issues and her only respond was “thanks for letting us know” and walked away.

The room was decent. The remote was sticky they had an old tv cable Direct TV with an old TV that didnt work. I told the front desk if they can have it fixed but no one came up. Everything was dated in my opinion. The breakfast look gross. Eggo waffles and thins sliced meat. But the front desk workers were sweet.
