I so enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The woman at the counter was very sweet in the 28th. Very comfortable to talk to. The room was very clean & up to date. Really enjoyed it. Shower was beautiful. Just needed an extra towel to dry my hair. But, other than that, it was great!! I will come back to visit soon. I appreciate the hospitality. Thank you.

Nice place but understaffed. Front desk had nobody present on a few different occasions we needed service including to check in when we had to wait for over 15 minutes the first time when someone showed up and said that check in wasn’t for 50 more minutes. We waited until later that night and had the same experience with nobody at the front desk to check us in and another couple there who had been waiting for an extended time. I will not stay at this property again.

We feel sorry that we didn't realize that we could hang a sign on our door to indicate that we did not need our room to be tidied up after our first night of staying there. We thought the breakfast was excellent. We had many choices and some really tasty omelettes.

Our original room was fairly clean however the pull out couch was broken. Upon finding this, the hotel was quick to offer a second room without charge. The second room provided was unclean and unsafe. There was a broken pipe beside the bed that one of our daughters stepped on and upon further inspection, a razor blade and sex game were also found under the bed. The next morning, the manager did offer a discount on our second night and assured us that both of our rooms would be deep cleaned while we were out. When we returned later that evening, neither room had been deep cleaned and the room with the broken pipe hadn’t even been vacuumed. They did not give us any further discounts but the manager on duty did at least come vacuum. I’m very disappointed in the communication abilities of this hotel and will not be staying here again. The Sunday manager said “well, we already discounted you” so I guess the safety of their customers isn’t worth any further discounts. I only gave the extra star because the original room did seem fairly clean and the GM seemed helpful and friendly but in the end, I’m not sure they deserve the second star.

This hotel is a good version of standard issue with an above-average breakfast and an attractive indoor pool. It is hard to find at night and could use a light on the sign at the entrance. There is a brightly lit Hilton across the road, and Waze doesn't make clear where the Holiday Inn is, so I wasted time trying to check into the wrong hotel.
