As you approach the entrance of this charming, spring-in-Maine-themed apartment, you’ll ascend a small set of stone stairs to your completely private unit no shared spaces here. The entire apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living areas, is yours to enjoy.

Upon entry, you’ll be greeted by whimsical bird-shaped coat hangers on the left wall, a cheerful nod to the season. Straight ahead, a staircase leads up to the first bedroom. Just across from it, a small hallway wraps around to a T-shaped intersection where you’ll find the second bedroom to the left and the fully equipped kitchen to the right.

The cozy living room, which connects seamlessly with the kitchen, offers a welcoming place to relax. Tucked into the far corner from the entryway, you’ll find the private bathroom.

This thoughtfully designed unit captures the fresh and vibrant feel of spring perfect for a peaceful Maine getaway.

You have free rein of the entire space of the spring suite, as well as the community, hot tub and entertainment pad out in the front of the building.

This property features a four-unit building designed exclusively for short-term rentals. Each unit offers private access, ensuring a sense of privacy for every guest. However, you may encounter fellow travelers in the shared parking area or while relaxing together at the community hot tub, creating an opportunity to connect and unwind.
Hot Tub Guidelines To ensure the hot tub remains clean and enjoyable for all guests, please follow these guidelines:
1. Use Hot Tub Towels: Please use the hot tub towels provided in your unit instead of the regular house towels to avoid damage.
2. Opening the Lid: Before opening the lid, make sure to undo the straps in the front.
3. Cleanliness: Do not enter the hot tub with dirty feet or shoes.
4. No Toileting: The hot tub is not a toilet—please do not urinate in it.
5. No Diving or Cannonballs: Please avoid jumping, diving, or doing cannonballs into the hot tub.
6. Beverages: While beverages are welcome, please do not pour drinks, food, or any other items into the hot tub.
7. When Finished: After using the hot tub, turn off the jets and lights, close the lid, and secure the straps in the front.
