Best staffs Mr Aryan and Mr Faisal

Amazing helpful and very polite staffs especially Mr Aryan and Mr Faisal both are front desks staff. Treated me very well with a warm welcome drinks and tried to help me and look after me in every single steps. The hotel has full accuraciey and was very busy even though these people Mr Aryan and Faisal made my life easier. Smooth checked in and smooth checked out. Superb. Definitely see you guys soon.

good, but can be better

This is my favourite place in Delhi, whenever the rates fit in my budget, and this was probably the 6th time I stayed in this hotel. And will do so in future also. But, this time there were a few "surprises". 1: The digital safe in my room was too small, can only take wallet, cash, and such. Most travellers, and particularly business travels, carry a laptop. And when we go out in the evening, the digital safe should be large enough to take the laptop. 2: For any room service, this time I was asked to pay on the spot every time. I have no idea why I was selected for this "honour", but hereafter I will prefer to be treated like an ordinary guest who settles his bills at check-out time. The client, who is to reimburse me, prefers a single consolidated bill. These were the two major things. A few minor things are a) the in-room dinning menu is all too heavy. A few lighter things, like Khichadi, curd-rice, will help. b) the towel rack is not in the shower cubicle, but at the other end of washroom. Strange. c) Senior citizens feel a bit safer with an anti-slip mat on shower floor. Above is NOT a "cribbing review", but some constructive suggestions for improvement.

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Delhi. It has the best location, best services and food is great! I highly recommended this place who is looking for best value for your money. Actually, it should be priced more but I won’t complain.

The place was ok. The room definitely needs updating. The furniture is dated, as well as the decor. My main qualm is that the room had a dank smell. A little bit on the wet and moldy side which was not pleasant at all. This really changed my perception of the hotel. It’s located in a great area, the breakfast buffet was good and the room service was great too. But the weird smell was off putting and really set an overall not great tone for my stay.

The highlight of a short tour of Delhi at the height of hot weather was the incredible comfort we experienced at The Met. The breakfast was so satisfying with dosa’s and Omlettes on demand to great tasting masala chia. They had so many dishes at breakfast that it was hard to decide what to eat. The chef assured me that the meat was halal and the two non-halal items were prepared completely separate. The showers were the best after sightseeing all day in the heat which many people don’t think about but will greatly appreciate. The staff of Shiv, Sunil and Marvinder proactively kept asking if we needed anything like water, towels, etc and got us whatever we asked for immediately. The property is a great balance between historical and modern. The managers checked that we were enjoying ourselves and Mr. Shrivastava even gave me his direct contact with permission to call anytime if I needed anything. The bell staff and front desk staff were very welcoming when we arrived and gracious upon departing. I highly recommend staying here.

Food restaurant was good. Chef was very considerate to attend to specific request but overall cleaning of room and common corridors was not good. Reception guys need to better understand the request and help mitigate customer issue which was missing

Poor customer service at reception . I bought some clothes and told reception a package will be delivered and I might not be in at that time, reception said ok but when the package was being delivered, they declined. The boys st the reception desk gave poor excuse when questioned. Most of the staff are very good or excellent. Raj Kumar , cook, Himanshu and others. Temperature in Delhi was 44-45 and door persons had to wear heavy clothing, suits to stand outside in that heat to open door for guests. Human abuse. They can stand inside and come out to open the door. I will not be going to this hotel again. .
