We rented the second floor of this property. Everything was clean, and we were comfortable. I will say that if you have a tough time with stairs, this is something to consider before renting the second floor of this unit. For us, this location was convenient and the neighborhood seemed safe.

The house was very clean. One negative: the bedrooms need shades or blackout curtains because of the bright streetlights. My husband was awakened around midnight with someone banging loudly on the second floor door. Our host answered messages promptly, and even called me to help with some questions about the TV.

The property is a first floor of a duplex. It's an older unit/house so if the upper tenants are heavy footed, you will definitely hear them below with both floor creaks and their voices. My son and I had plenty of space in the very clean unit and we appreciated the location by shops and restaurants. We had a minor issue with one of the curtains in one of the rooms but the owner came by and repaired it promptly. I do agree with one of the other reviewers that the unit could benefit from black out curtains but if the light does not bother you in the morning, then it's bright and lovely. It was the perfect stay for us. Thank you!
