Pros: Plenty of hot water, and water pressure, kitchen well stocked, rooms are very clean, bed is great. This stay was a working stay and not a vacation. The property also had a large lot to walk my dog. Coffee in lobby is great, and a lady named Pat was very accomodating. Cons: rooms could use some updating, but honestly, it was very comfortable.

Welcoming to pets, yes, however, I was viciously attacked by a "resident" cat, requiring medical treatment. Management showed a little concern, but did zero follow-up. Housekeeping stole my swimming suit, and the front desk swindled us out of a $100 pet deposit, too.

The room had roaches, stained smelly towels, the room itself smelled horrible, AC didnt work well, there was people doing drugs outside of the building as we were walking up with our 3 children. I thought because of being a renewed facility, it was going to be cleaner, but the hallways were nasty, it was super noisy, you could hear the next door guests at all times. Beds were clean at least and the lady at the front desk was very sweet, but most likely not staying there again

The site is shared with Studio 6 and Motel 6. It looks like it is under construction. It sits far back from the Interstate and there is a lot of chainlink fence and empty space in front of the site. Parking is woefully inadequate and inconvenient. The only landscaping were 2 Palm Trees. While Motel 6 is known as a "value" brand when comparing others, staying here made me feel 'embarrassed & poor'.
