Gruene’s River View (101) is a refreshing corner condo with easy ground-floor access and views of the Guadalupe River. We’re right in the middle of Historic Gruene, a stone’s throw from Gruene Hall and all that Gruene has to offer! Leave your car parked in your condo parking and walk to all the music and more! Enjoy the sunset on the private deck with a view of the Guadalupe River. Walk the beautiful path down to the river for a restful picnic at the river’s edge. Or, bring your tubes or floating devices and jump into the river for a river float or swim. Relax by the pool and waterfall, or go tubing with easy water access to the Guadalupe. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful granite kitchen, 2 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, and easy access to the private pool, barbeque areas, river, and Historic Gruene… you can create your perfect vacation.

Great location in Gruene on the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condos are a little bit older but have been kept up and clean. Has a walking path down to the river where you can get in the river or sit by the water. Host was easy to get in touch with and check in was smooth. Had a good time even though it rained the entire time we were in town.

Couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay. We were there for my daughter's wedding at The Chapel on Gruene which was only 5 minutes away. The rest of the time, we were right in the middle of Gruene. No need for a car to shop, eat and enjoy music yet quiet and restful when sitting on the back porch. Will definitely return and refer others.

The condo was great! It is on the bottom floor and on the corner of the building. We had a small dog, so it was very nice to not have to go up and down stairs to take him outside. Right in the heart of Gruene, we have been coming down to Gruene for years, but this was our first time staying close. We will be returning to this property! Exceeded our expectations. And the host was wonderful with any questions I had. 100% recommend!

It was Ok, but I won't rent it again. The condo was very worn-looking—there were lots of scratches on the walls and door. The bathroom door knob felt like it was loose and about to fall off the door. The Wall Hook in the bathroom had pulled out of the wall and was barely hanging on. No Soap, No Shampoo provided in the bathroom, but I should have read the fine print. So that was my fault. Plenty of towels, though. Just enough coffee to make one pot on Saturday morning, then I had to go out on Sunday morning and buy coffee. Just little things, nothing major. But enough that I would not return to this specific condo. The big plus was the location, and it was great. Could walk to everything you needed in town. You did not need to drive anywhere. The condo was clean, and the beds were nice. Overall, I would give it a B grade.

Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!
