If I could give zero stars I would. This is clearly a franchisee location and they are credit card scammers. We take our dog and have no problem paying the pet fee. They kept saying our card was declined but the screen. They hit our account over three times and refused to refund. They put their hands on me when I refused to just go to my room until I spoke to management. We ended up having to call the cops. Never stay here!!!

There were issues with the room and the bathroom sink water faucet kept on dripping unless you put it to the middle after using it. The fan in the bathroom was hanging by a screw from the ceiling and the shower head ring was not secured to the wall. We had bugs in the bathroom which I know in TX it is hard to stop bugs. The coffee pot did not have the right size basket to hold the filter for the coffee. The staff was afraid of the dog even after I had told them she would not bite. Had talked to front desk about clean towels that and we were leaving for the day with our do, and either they didn't relay the message to house keeping as I had to find them and ask for towels, coffee and cups as they never came to the room and the housekeeping staff say it was because of the dog.
