In Dire Need of Remodeling

I usually stay at La Quinta Inns when traveling for business. They tend to be clean and have good service, but this facility was very out of date. Rooms were dingy and old. There were holes in the wall, the TV didn't work and the bathroom was very outdated too. It was clean, but you could tell it was done with the bear minimum. At night there were people playing music outside or from their room. You could hear everything through the walls, people taking showers, walking around, even whole conversations. The customer service was lacking too. The staff were not welcoming or friendly. Overall, the whole place was just depressing. It looks like La Quinta bought an old rundown building and slapped their name on it.

Meh

After seeing the pictures online i was sure the hallways were indoors. This is not the case, though they have some "indoor" they also have some outdoor which made it feel like a motel 6 instead of a La Quinta. The room smelled musty, wet and smokey. Had i known id be receiving this type of room i never would've spent the $200+ i really would've rather slept in the comfort of my suv. I felt duped by the pics online. The flat pillows felt as if they'd been used for years, same goes for the mattresses. The bedding smelt like bleach and the walls and doors were dirty. Not satisfied, slept with one eye open...that was the vibe. The man at front desk was nice and polite.

The hotel staff was friendly at check in. Hotel is dated with stained bedding and holes in the wi dow curtains. Towels appeared clean but a dirty handprint was left on the shower. Tops of furniture not wiped down and floors not vacuumed. Was unaware the rooms opened to the outside.

First the didn’t have the reservation . I need to call to Wyndham . Next they change me room 3 times . Because the 3 times the room’s were so dirty . In fact the dinning room . Was so dirty too. At the end I canceled. And change to other Hotel. Was really a surprise , I usually stay in la Quinta . And I like so much. But This time was terrible

It was decent enough - didn’t realize it was a motel when we booked. Always had to ask for the pool to be unlocked for my kids to get in. The hot tub was ice cold and the pool not that clean. Service was fine. Always had to ask for extra towels. Didn’t try the breakfast. Decent enough ~ affordable but wouldn’t stay again.

Pictures on app are no where near accurate room had a mildew smell which gave my wife and I a headache door latch was weak door had a gap on bottom corner didn’t feel safe

The hotel is run down. Room definitely needed painting and deep cleaning. When they cleaned the room they did not empty trash. In desperate need of new mattresses and pillows.
