Off the bat, the sign was not up to find the property. We could not find it for 25 minutes. When we got directions for routing to the home, the email said they recommend using an SUV to get to the property. Why isn’t this stated BEFORE purchase? I don’t own an SUV. Going through the extremely rocky terrain was pretty rough, but doable in a low to the ground sedan. When we arrived we tried getting in with the code they sent us was wrong. So we had to wait and call to get it all sorted to obtain the correct code, just to get inside. Upon looking through the home to get sleeping arrangements sorted, the house was very dirty. We sent pictures to the 24/7 customer service line, got in contact with owner and was refunded the cleaning fee. Which I appreciate the swift communication and rectification of the issue. WiFi is not included, it isn’t listed as an amenity, so that was my fault for assuming it was. The TV in the living room has no purpose, it doesn’t work. Any plus size men or women, the shower is very small, but it’s doable. Toilet has very minimal leg room as well. Just a heads up. Couch and beds are super comfy, the table and chairs in the living room were also comfortable and fit my family of 5, it seats 6. Being by the lake was awesome, the back porch was so great to lounge by and see the view. Lots of bugs out, but that’s expected being in nature. I would honestly stay here again if it were better maintenanced, that being the home AND the road to get to the home.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First night of stay we were without running water. Only tv in the house doesn't work. Barhroom doesn't have power outlet and bedroom do not have mirrors so thst you can use those areas to get ready. Had to dry hair in kitchen.
